THE MEZCAL ROUTE
Oaxaca - Miahuatlán
Live closely the whole process of this ancestral drink, distilled Mexican with a lot of tradition. We will start the route in the City of Oaxaca with different activities, the second day we will visit San Bartolo and Miahuatlán and we will travel the producer's palenque to sleep in his house and learn about the mezcal production process.

CDMX - Huauchinango
Tasting and explanation of specialty coffee in Drip Café and breakfast. Visit to the toaster and sample toast.
Trip to the Huauchinango mountain range, Puebla with a tour of the coffee plantations and the pulper, a visit to the magical town and stay in an ecotourist cabin.
Includes: 4 Meals: piece of pastry in bar and lunch (Saturday), Breakfast and Lunch (Sunday). Lodging in Cabañas Buenavista (Sleeping bag) and transfers.

This route will take us to know the traditions and origins of one of the most beautiful Mexican holidays, day of the dead.
We will walk the streets of magical towns, we will work with handicraft producers and we will live the party in the pantheons.
MEZCAL TASTING AND OAXACA´S DINNER
Coyoacán - Ciudad de México
We will do a little Walking - tour through the central parks of Coyoacán with a little history and cultural context. We will go to a restaurant specializing in Oaxacan food where we will have a talk about the origins of mezcal, tradition and current context of the drink, production processes, classification, tips and tasting guide.
We will have 3 times with traditional Mezcales from different states and production processes. In addition to a dinner à la carte.
MXN - CDMX
We will have a conversation about the origin of cocoa and the production processes of chocolate and other products. We can taste drinks, chocolates, cocoa and other products, going through the history of this Mexican food.
SPECIALTY COFFEE TASTING
We will talk about the origin of coffee, national context and trend, specialty coffee, third wave of coffee, production and extraction methods.
We will have a 4-course coffee tasting and we will complement with pastries.
